Tuesday Night

Tuesday Night Hangout and Wednesday Night Hangout

Day and Time: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 5:00 pm-7:00pm
Who: Individuals 18+ who require more support

What:
The Tuesday Night Hangout is a warm and welcoming program designed for individuals 18+ who would benefit from more support. This intentionally curated laid-back program offers participants the opportunity to have fun, practice social skills, and engage in a wide variety of games and other activities, all within an inclusive environment. Sensory sensitivities are thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Pizza is provided at the Tuesday Night Hangout and dietary accommodations (I.e., gluten-free, dairy free, nut-free), can be made, upon request.

 

Friday Night

Friday Night Hangout

Day and Time: Fridays, 6:00pm-9:00pm
Who: Individuals, ages 13+ and up, who are more independent

What: The Friday Night Hangout is a warm and inviting social experience for those who are seeking a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere to unwind, socialize, and enjoy a diverse range of games and activities. Whether you’re an enthusiast of board games, enjoy interactive group activities, or prefer casual conversation, the Friday Night Hangout has something for everyone! Start your weekend at the Friday Night Hangout and experience the joy of fun, laughter, and friendship! Pizza is served at the Friday Night Hangout.

Saturday Night Hangout

Day and Time: Saturdays, 6:00pm-9:00pm
Who: Individuals 15+ who are more independent

What: The Saturday Night Hangout is a warm and inviting social experience for those who are seeking a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere to unwind, socialize, and enjoy a diverse range of games and activities. Whether you’re an enthusiast of board games, enjoy interactive group activities, or prefer casual conversation, the Saturday Night Hangout has something for everyone! Friday Night

Saturday Social

Day and Time: Saturdays, 10am-12pm
Who: Individuals, ages 11-18, with autism or other related social challenges who may benefit from additional support navigating social situations

What: Saturday Social is designed to cultivate community and social skills for individuals, especially those facing unique challenges in social interactions. Through carefully structured lessons, teaching activities, and gentle guidance, our program equips members with the tools necessary to enhance independence and confidence in social interactions. Saturday Social is an enriching experience, where personal growth, creating friendships, and the development of vital life skills take center stage. In this welcoming environment, we encourage every individual to embrace their unique path towards a more enriched and connected future.

Girl Talk

Girl Talk

Day and Time: Tuesdays, 4:30pm-5:30pm
Who: Women 18+ who are more independent

What: “Girl Talk” is the ultimate experience for creating unforgettable memories! In this program, you’ll share ideas, celebrate achievements, and navigate life’s occasional hurdles with a group of like-minded women. The group often meets at the Living and Learning Enrichment Center but, occasionally will visit different establishments in the area based on the groups interests. Girl Talk aims to create an environment filled with socialization, deep friendships, and mentorship. Join us for an experience filled with laughter, connection, and boundless fun!

Adult 20

Adult 20s

Day and Time: Saturdays, 4:30pm-5:30pm
Who: Individuals 20+ who are more independent

What: Adult 20’s is a close-knit community for individuals in their 20’s. Weekly discussions cover diverse topics, including sharing advice, goal setting, and discussions on movies, games, and other events. The program aims to provide support, foster personal development, and build camaraderie among members, creating a space where they can navigate challenges, share experiences, and enjoy each other’s company.

Job Skills

The Zone

Day and Time: Saturdays from Noon- 1:00pm
Who: Individuals, ages 11-18, who are more independent

What: The Zone is where members, ages 11-14, can come together to built lasting friendships through shared interests. The focus of The Zone is fostering peer-to-peer support, empowering each member to develop friendship-making and social skills. Through engaging activities and fun discussions on a variety of topics, we create an inclusive space where each member can connect, collaborate, and grow together. The Zone is dedicated to building the foundations of enduring and long-lasting friendships.
